★ OOC MEET AND GREET POST ★

Hello and welcome to the first round of Loose Canons! Presumably your acceptance comment directed you here, so by now you've probably done all the housekeeping stuff and are ready to get this game off to a start! Before we begin, I'd just like to extend a very warm thanks to everyone who's decided to participate in this round, and I'm really looking forward to being your mod and having a great time with all of you.

Though I personally recommend that you leave some secrets unspoiled for your fellow players, this is your opportunity to introduce yourself OOCly, meet the other players, hand out your contact information, and just generally get to know each other! You've also received your room assignments by now, so feel free to share those and figure out where you're living!

The game's modplurk is at [plurk.com profile] LooseCanons, and announcements and such will be posted there, so I highly recommend becoming a fan of it!

As for me, I'm Alex, your mod, and will be gamerunning as well as playing your NPC, Arche. You'll probably see me using the royal "we" a lot on formal pages and whatnot, but I'm the solo mod here! I hope we'll all have a great time together!

ALSO WHILE I'M AT IT, HERE'S YOUR DORMS:

Look, he's not going to pet the duck for any longer than that because the duck's not going to like it

what is wrong with that test

does whoever wrote it realize how long four hours is

you are going to upset the duck

And I am looking forward to it, Silvie!

I don't think the duck's feelings were taken into account for this test. ):

Unless you are given a new duck every half hour? But that is a lot of baby ducks. For the people who pet for 4+ hours, that's at least eight fluffy baby ducks!

...Well, if they alternate the ducks maybe that's not so bad, even if it is a lot of ducks.

Hopefully the ducks are all tolerant of petting though because if you get one that isn't, that's going to be a bad time.
